About the Authors
Don and Sally Meredith
Don and Sally Meredith are marriage counselors who have taught relationship principles for married couples, parents, and adult singles for over 30 years. They founded Christian Family Life in 1971 and have made it their life-calling to share the faith love principles. The Merediths have four grown children and reside in Charlotte, NC.
Roland Martinez
Roland serves as president of Christian Family Life, where he has been equipping and strengthening marriages and families through Biblical teaching, coaching, and counseling since 1994. With training in Nouthetic counseling, he provides practical, Christ-centered guidance to pre-engaged, engaged, and married couples, including those navigating difficulty or crisis seasons.
He is also a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator, integrating trusted tools alongside Biblical principles to help couples grow, heal, and build lasting relationships.
Roland and his wife Tammy, whom he married in 1994, serve together in ministry. As parents of six and grandparents to three, they bring real-life experience and a shared commitment to helping couples build strong, Christ-centered homes. They reside in Mooreville, North Carolina.
